Dr. Tracy Lo

Dr. Tracy Lo is a US-trained Clinical Psychologist providing psychotherapy, supervision, and consultation. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of California, USA, Clinical Psychologist in Accredited Register (Department of Health, HK), Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS, Division of Clinical Psychology), and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT™, Association for Play Therapy, USA). She is an Associated Fellow of the HKPS and the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA). Additionally, she serves as an Approved Counselling Supervisor for the HKPCA. In her previous roles, she worked as a part-time lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (HK Institute of Educational Research). She also previously held a faculty position at the China Graduate School of Theoogy, where she taught counselling studies and provided clinical supervision.

Dr. Lo works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a multitude of issues. She is experienced in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma and PTSD/CPTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. Dr. Lo takes a holistic and integrative approach to mental health treatment. She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, as well as other experiential and mindfulness-based approaches.
